DO NOT JOIN BEFORE YOU READ BELOW
1) The environment is totally toxic. Senior management and HR, are not willing to take any action on the manager even after repeated complaints by all the employees. Language is not corporate at all.
2) This company is not covid friendly. They recalled their employees from 4th Jan even after the cases were rising rapidly and when other companies postponed their plan.
3) Work pressure is there because of lack of mismanagement. You are expected to deliver everything in few hours.
4) Company do not believe in having testing team or designers or business analysts in the team. Developers are supposed to do everything and that's why everything becomes mess because of short available time in a day. It's either God is wrong in having only 24 hrs in a day or this company is way to smart to realise humans are robots.
5) Technology wise, they are way too backward. They don't even have build pipelines yet. They have unwilling to improve and get rid of old practices.
6) All employees leaves before they complete even 1 year. They are constantly hiring but because of the mental torturous work environment, people do not stay. They don't leave because there is too much work but because there is no mental peace.
