Work life balance is good(depends on team). Flexible good enough wfh policy. Good enough leisure activities arranged.

Dislikes

Salary is below industry average. Not enough perks except ergonomic things. Discrimination against non-locals or favourability towards locals on things like salary, promotion, projects and even bday celebrations. Cross team politics is very high.

Salary is above industry standard. There are good amount of leaves offered by company.

Dislikes

Company culture is not employee friendly. Employees are treated like a robot. You are expected to work for 8 hours non stop and management can anytime ask the breakdown of the task that you did.

Terrible, best worst company. They treat employees like donkeys and robotics. You have to work day&night including public holidays, Sunday, but they pay you anything OT benefits, even a cup of tea. They are like sharks . Worsttttttt boss , not a good humans.

Everything dislike, it’s a factory . Sorry even factory if work over time they pay OT, but here you get nothing for your hard works. Worstttttttt company.

Flexi working policy/ WFH options. Increments are decent.

Dislikes

Promotions and good increments are hard to come by. Easier to get higher pay if you have competitive offers or just leave the company and return after 1-2 years. Work pressure is high in certain periods.

Hike upto 5% also variable pay is deducted upto 40-50% Favouritism within team your hike depends on relation with your manager and not on delivery Many projects are rebuilt due to no clear requirements on project from stakeholders.
