I liked the work life balance , job security, company culture, bonus, office food.

Dislikes

I felt that I should have got more opportunities, during my final period though it was improving, but it would have been better if I had received much earlier.

No independence to convey opinion, PPL who stays more than 10years are being blockers to new joiners though highly experienced. These old people are becoming leaders and spoils the culture and brand.

...xtended the notice period 3 month to 6 month in the name of bonus and appraisal. That means if the employee wishes to accept annual bonus or salary revision based on the annual performance appraisal, he/she must agree to work another 6 months. Additionally there is a notice period of months. This could mean that you will be trapped in this company without considerable salary hike. The annual appraisal too is based on office politics. 2) Dress code policy (always required to wear full sleeve light color shirts, otherwise you will be fired. Not allowed to wear casual dress at least Friday. ) 3) Sandwich leave policy - If you take leave on Friday and Monday for any sick or any important functions in your life also, it will comes LOP for 4 days. If any one is going to join MSC India Chennai or Bangaluru location, please check with HR and clarify these policies. HR is very tricky person and they will not tell these kind of information. My humble request to ask and double verify. Otherwise your life and carrier will f**k!

GoodGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
