Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? They should cut 50 us dollars from every salary of it's all crew and that money 💸 they should give back to crew each after 10 years .

Every two weeks they will crew party for all crew members to spend some valuable time and relax

Dislikes

Once finished contract it’s take long period of time to get next contract so many crew members facing lot of problem in rescheduling once finished contract almost 1year waiting
