I joined this organization Just after the completion of my MBA in HR as a HR assistant, and I really understand that the recruitment process is very crystal clear for me and the same I am doing for the other candidates, I really learn a lot that is actually beyond the bookish knowledge, I always appreciation from management for my hard and smart work.

Dislikes

Tea comes only two times a day when I was joined, so I suggest tea machine for all

I worked a long time in this organization, and my work was very clear what to do and what not to do, but other than my work I learn so many other skills, like mail writing, client communication, work presentation, progress report creation, so I can say that I learned more than my requirement that actually helped me lot

I was with MSAI since the company started online presence, and I served more than 15 years, I really appreciate the working culture of this organisation, organisation is completely employees oriented and due to this everyone gives their best, so the client also happy.

I enjoyed my entire tenure with learning a lot of things from its Owner, the best quality of Sir is to give us opportunity to participate in every discussion, this give us a feeling of our importance, and a zeal or motivation to perform the best. nice time I enjoyed at MSAI

No I really not feel, but so many people may have said due to their own feeling, but as an asset I never feel any issue

Personally nice HR experience but with some limitations.

Dislikes

Its all about Politics and unnecessary striction at workplace. No growth and innovative. Department head do not value an individual hardwork because of politics. I do receive appreciation from my clients and teammates but all are unnoticed during my appraisal. Overall no respect for individual efforts.
