...s, after 2 years only you will get job security here. I have worked there for 1.8 years and salary i was having was only 12k even i had 1 years of experience in billing before this job and you will only get 1 CL per month if you in probation period, No sick leave, No EL until 2 years. If any problem came up nobody in the admin come to help you, you will have to handle yourself. Even its a hospital and your employee inside you and your parents wont get health benefits other than ESI & Private insurance which you have to pay for the yearly wise yourself. In my last months i didn't like the changes in the work rules, that's why I left.

I don't know about how other department works, but the Nutrition and Dietetics department here is pathetic! The moment you enter, you'll feel like you have entered hell if the HOD is there, she screams like anything, treats you like slave most of the time. All the dieticians try to finish their work and just try to escape from the HOD. It's been eight months now and I wanted to leave the first day itself and now I think I should have. How will you learn if you are constantly scared that you'd be blasted and taunted by your superior even for stupid things like putting on mehendi or looking tired?! Not good for interns as well, she'd make you test the temperature of meals. Wait, recently there was a rat found in the food trolly where 'rasam' katories were placed and they didn't even care to remove the rasam from the plates of the patients !!! So I'm quitting now! I AM DONE. There's no humanity here. Blood suckers!

I never seen such type terrible management and treatment of the patients are not upto the mark number 1 worst treatment and service in Bangalore Every day atleast 2 death will happen
