Company/Organization is good, but the work pressure is very high.i have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Management team do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job traning for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
