Great team work and seniors are very welcoming and helping you. Will get lot to learn and time to learn by yourself to. If want to start a career with MRI Software, go for it. I have best experience till now.

Due to low market in 2023 salary hike was not much but the salary hike has not big gap.

Such bull#### managers and making politics and partiality. They are performing political roles. They have no idea what is manager. No one taking stand for help like as a TL, Manager. One one is confident for process.

It is a good company and providing good work environment, I could say good in terms of HR’s support, Regional head is very supportive. Company is providing good benefits. If you want to balance your work-life balance it is an excellent company.
