1. Seniors make you feel dumb & always want you to leave the company , even they forces you to leave just because of their personal benifits . 2. Sale is simple because product is demanding, but your DM’s & STE’s &SSE’s make you mentally harrass to leave the organisation that is the worst thing in a Market leader company. 3 . Company is old cultured & should be advanced with time . 4. No employee respect , if company will not respect their employees then who will respect them (* their competitors for sure ) 5. Company policy is good but should think about their all designations .

The one and only thing which I like is salary and allowances

Apart from salary everything is disappointing. Not even single thing is satisfactory here. No work life balance, no motivation, working culture is like we are working in 1990's.

There are so many but I will stick to few which I didn't like about MRF 1. There is no work life balance. When I tell this I mean to say like there is NONE. Even on Sundays somethimes you have to go out to do promotional campaigns. Which made me quit the job. "Saturday is half day" this statement is hoax. You can't be back before 7:30 p.m l. Your Sundays will be gone within a wink by filling DCR and DVR along with TE bill. Dont worry you will come to know about these things if you join MRF. 2. Excessive traveling. You will hardly be at your home. So don't think after a long day of work you can have me time or just sit back and relax. Obviously if you love relaxing at a 1000 rs hotel because the sustainance is Rs 1050 and for food they give Rs 350 which will get you nothing other than road side food 3. To achieve the product group you will have to dedicate your life. Now here comes the unethical practices. So if the dealer is not taking the materials which you want them to order, you dump them with those materials to save yourself

There is a lot of travelling, it might exhaust you, company is not tech savy lots of paperwork have to do. work life balance, slow growth..

The structured hierarchy, the policies regarding sales,the salary, sytematic, the long training period is in depth and interesting. Satisfactory start for those who have knack or automobile sector

Dislikes

Long working hours, pathetic work-life balance, plenty of reports, too much dependency on paper works and not yet tech savvy in its day to day operations.
