Its a good company if you want a secured Job Interviews are easy 3 rounds Technical round One on One with HR for communications skills One on One with GM of a Tyre plant for General knowledge and confidence (this will be in different state if you're from karnataka) Salary is average, not bad Employee benefits are good My unit manager was supportive

Work culture not up to the mark Salary is good but not okay compared to the responsibilities you have Canteen is bad, food was not good Sometimes you have to do overtime for total of 16hrs if the next supervisors doesn't come Mental health won't be good Lot of blame game Growth is okay but slow

Good company to start the career shop floor culture is great can learn many new things / salary is good for freshers best in Gujarat/ Teammates are supporting/ Good level appreciation at all levels. Shop floor is maintained well . Appraisals are fair

If you can get a job in MRF work for two years get the experience add the company's name your resume and leave. Your job is secure. You will never get fired under any circumstances

...very poor. Management considers people who come in shifts as second class staff.serving poor food in canteen giving the cheapest insurance policy paying the lowest salary. Overall I would say staying in MRF means your life will be just work and sleep.Not worth it when you look at your salary

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
