Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

If you are in MA grade, your appraisal and promotion will be slow, you cant take long leave not more than 7 days, ( except emergency) HR department is very slow , for bachelor after 1-2years you will be tried of life
