There is not all all job security and work culture is very bad because it's fully sales oriented company. Company policies are good but in down level actually not happening.

...oming office like operation team and giving unwanted pressure to operation team. And getting salary more higher than operation as well as getting TE bill.

...period most bachelor's stuck in job location and facing food related issue etc.. about to salary the company paid salary timely..and my suggestion to company to provide hometown based job to employees. Specifically for Bachelor's.

The company using so much paper i would suggest to company to take green initiative and as a employee i deslike worklife balance.. coz no timeing for eod work.

The only better thing found in the organisation is the salary which is little higher in comparison with others.No more things present to speak the likings here

All company policies are against of Supervisor level people.Workmen are having more enjoyable life than supervisors.Coming to work culture , it is beyond the descriptive limit ( means horrifying). Management never understands the reality due to the presence of Old generation idealogies. Career opportunities will narrow down after entering this organization.

Only salary and benefits. It is helpful to the freshers who are starting their career.

Dislikes

No personal life in the company, employee is a slave to them, bosses they feels like god's, multiple works will give you the over burden and there is no limit and in that. Focusing unnecessary targets, if you achieve the target you don't get anything accept pressure. Company is not coming out from their old ideas and thinking. Overall it's a pressure cooker for every one.

...ure is good and people are supporting.but company policy strictly on some cases.salary come time to time.

Growth and salary is very slow in operation department.some time works in pressure.company transfer his employee to in every 4 years. They didn't give native place to work.
