Top level management is worst, very bad culture & Job security is none. No respect. Managers are worst they use inappropriate words and No support from the HR department. More pressure for All supervisor If you want work MRF you have to say everytime yes and you have to accept it's all your fault.

Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

If you are in MA grade, your appraisal and promotion will be slow, you cant take long leave not more than 7 days, ( except emergency) HR department is very slow , for bachelor after 1-2years you will be tried of life
