Good teammates and leads and culture and festivals are excellent

Dislikes

Job security, workload and politics are there, they breached contract suddenly without strong reason, they cut payments without any reason and also force to take leave when there is scarcity of work. They don't pay you for extra work.

For freshers, they will provide 20k as a monthly salary. which is 5k more as compared to other companies. But as a fresher don't go for salary, go for domain. Eg. Prefer banking and finance domain which will help you in your career growth. E-learning domain in hell, waste of time and experience.

Dislikes

1.Domain of this company is e-learning, which is not useful when we try to switch the job. 2. It's a content testing job. 3. As usual the office politics. 4.They will hire you on 3months contract but can terminate you after 2 months. 5. Overall Office environment is good but job security is zero.

It was good experience in MRCC. Our teammates and our seniors was good with us. Salary was on time. And main thing was flexible time its very convenient for us.

Nothing as per my experience everthing was good.

... there will no one to help you. You will have to figure everything out yourself. Salary comes on time.

If you are a great boot licker you will excel here. Management is old school & clueless about things. There is no future strategy and there is constant change happening with the policies. The HR team is the worst they dont care about the employees. COO is all talk and no action.
