Salary is not as per Market Standard There is not Overtime payment Transport restrictions yours stay less then 20km from office then only they release offer letter. People are working as a analyst from last 7years. There is no professional trainers about the process.

Supportive Culture, Great Scope of learning, Senior Management is good, Popular Tech Stack, Highly recommended for the freshers to start the first job. For Experienced, it depends on the project.

The compensation Part does not have market standards, We need to work some times lot but only appreciation in words not in the salary part.

The culture of the company is really good and there is scope for growth for new developers.

The work-life balance was not good but that also depends on the team you are in besides the compensation and benefits are below average as compared to market standards.

...I was part of IT support, I hate this company to the core for the fake promises. No good salary package IT people. They don't even know value of IT.

Mr Cooper provides great learning opportunities for freshers who are willing to work hard. Providing a week WFH in a month. I liked open door policy here. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor, salary is low compared to market standards. Night shift allowance is very less compared to other competitors. Benefits are less.
