No work life balances. Company is operating in Bangalore but is not paying the basic pay as per Karnataka state government. The basic pay in me cooper is somewhere around ₹10800. Although it’s operating in Karnataka company management no where follow Kannada.

Work security they won't remove you even you don't give daily production. For freshers it's good join for underwriting or origination not for servicing please.

*Salary is very low, *Promotion depends on how you keep bucketting your TL not on your performance, *No women security they says in beginning door to door drop but it is only for 22kms radius even 100m extra also they won't provide you cab, even if you travel at night time also they won't care about you because I travelled for 1.5 years for 8kms per day alone at night. *There is lake of process knowledge in team later they blame you for the error. * Still you want to join this company go spoil your career.

Shift Timings, there is no weekend login required, there is no issues in a day leave.

Salary is not as per Market Standard There is not Overtime payment Transport restrictions yours stay less then 20km from office then only they release offer letter. People are working as a analyst from last 7years. There is no professional trainers about the process.

Mr Cooper provides great learning opportunities for freshers who are willing to work hard. Providing a week WFH in a month. I liked open door policy here. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor, salary is low compared to market standards. Night shift allowance is very less compared to other competitors. Benefits are less.

Salary is very less. You are not allowed to have your mobile phone with you, you have to keep your personal belongings in a locker. Shift timing is 6PM to 2AM - this will ruin your health, I lost a lot of weight from loss of appetite. Some team leads are not professional, they force you to participate in team outings, spend money on unnecessary internal fun at work events. If you say that with such low salary you cannot spend so much for these events, the team leads will not understand your perspective, they will instead badmouth about you with their favorite associates and make you look like the bad person.
