I like this Origination. My work is part of my life where i am working. good culture and best job Security is available. all Team Members are very Supportable. i am satisfaction my job.

Dislikes

No growth and no increment in salary for motivation. it should be compulsory for production

salary on time on the last day of the month, work life balance is good, get wfh whenever needed, hybrid mode (2 day WFH), sat and sun fixed off, leave policies are good

Dislikes

no career growth, lots of corporate politics, no skill development, project based work if no project possibility of lay off is there, only the one who can butter the seniors can get promotions or appraisals, the senior management crumbles under pressure if not met there yearly revenue so they start shouting on the floor sometimes on the juniors., no constructive feedback is given to the team

..., always push there own user to forward, appraisal is given very low to users. Basic salary is also very low only 11000 k per month

1. No job security. 2. Not good appraisal. 3. Old employee's do not get any praise and new are being hired on much higher salary and worst part is you have to give training to a person who is hired on salary higher than you.
