salary on time on the last day of the month, work life balance is good, get wfh whenever needed, hybrid mode (2 day WFH), sat and sun fixed off, leave policies are good

Dislikes

no career growth, lots of corporate politics, no skill development, project based work if no project possibility of lay off is there, only the one who can butter the seniors can get promotions or appraisals, the senior management crumbles under pressure if not met there yearly revenue so they start shouting on the floor sometimes on the juniors., no constructive feedback is given to the team

What makes MPS good is the people who work at MPS Ltd., especially at the Dehradun unit. Work is good and there are a lot of opportunities for young minds to grow and learn skills that help to achieve a lot in the industry. Also, the technology support at MPS is excellent, and overtime a period of 7 years, I have seen most of the work is now handled by automation with minimal manual work, which enables us to use our skills in a more creative mannar.

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits are very poor there will be no growth in terms of salary, if you decide to stick with MPS then your also sticking with your current salary there will be growth in salary at a pace of a snail. Only 3% to 5% maximum growth is given as an appraisal every at the associate and executive level and 5% to 7% for ATL and TLs. For a city like Dehradun starting fresher salary is 10k and if you work with the company for 5 years you will be at 13K to 14K.

..., always push there own user to forward, appraisal is given very low to users. Basic salary is also very low only 11000 k per month

If you are good at your job, then no need to worry about the job security. Work culture is good. Management is not good. Company policies are relevant.

Politics and ignorance of talent. Salary is based on politics only, not on talent. You can get good salary if you are good at politics.

this is not an employee-centric organization, no salary hike, performance-based appraisals are a joke here, no reward or recognition to people who actually do the job, they are mostly ignored.

example - one India location HR manager is so full of ego that people avoid her completely and a peon comes and carries her laptop bag from car to cabin when she arrives at the office every morning, she also edits her login hours with her special credentials which are for others strict 9:15 AM, she got a promotion recently to AGM level, viola!
