Good work environment and culture. teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

If you deserve more or as you aspected something positive , then please don't join MPPKVVCL Jabalpur as a junior engineer ,nothing to learn / skill here. So please make future in other private or other govt.sectors

Work culture , In facilities you manage itself , mini monthly funds ( for papers , stationary ,maintenance,etc) also not recieved in my 5 years service .I wasted my precious time in this organisation but now I make a mindset to switch from here .
