No scope for growth. No appreciation from Sr. Management. Compensation is not less. No formal mechanism of appraisal. Hikes are given at whim of Sr. Management. No facilities for employees.

Rude and Unprofessional Management - Director is very rude and non professional No promotion - I worked 5-6 years and did not get any promotion Staff always changing, No job security Office environment is not good HR policy is just for name sake not followed at all, all decision are based on mood of management. Marwadi company with no culture Not suitable for career growth

Nothing to mention. it's Career Destroyer organization. Owner thinks he knows everything and His Kids think they know even beyond. Full family mess at work and poor employees are directionless. They hire you to do some task and later outsource the work to old employees who does not let you perform. Highly toxic culture. They treat employees like they own them. Shameful to have such experience.

Abusive management Toxic culture No trainings, No opportunities, Management has no vision and company is just going no where. People working here at Nagpur from 10-20 years are with company because of no opportunity outside Hingna.
