In this company HR is hiring for 1 department but wen we started work on our department then your boss is saying that need to do this work also (Other departments work) . Other wise go to home . They r not understand that they have experience in this department or not.

1 - Company management is very vad . 2- HR policy is very vad on employee Like example - we have done work 12hr Continue 12 moths that times they are provided single OT and only for 3hr. But when I resigned and I completed our notice period 2 month out of 3 months then HR team taken 1 month Gross salary by me as per HR policy rules . But I want to know that why they are not looking the HR policy rules during given d OT of employees.
