Personally didn't get much growth but that depends from person to person. Some people get the chance to work with different clients and get hands on with a lot of technologies. I didn't get that even after asking. Kept working on the same project.

Basic amenities are there.

Dislikes

Management is very bad, not reachable to employees and if something escalated to them, they ignore. No culture, no respect for other team members....only show respect by saying SIR, no work life balance.

ITs a small organization. So there is alots of think for learning purpose. A single person works on too many tecnologies which help for him to nutur himself.

Dislikes

JOb security is a big concern. They fired the emp without any prior notice and also they do not give any chance or any help. They have less member of group for work so every body has alots of work to handel. People worked here like pressure cooker.
