It is overall a big company with friendly people. The co-workers are nice here. You're going to get a opportunity to work in some amazing Hollywood movies.

They pay very less according to the work they have. Even the hike is also not good. They even sometimes put you on contractual basis which can be last more than a year. So that things comes with zero job security. All of these things give a vibe of a small scale company.

.... Fake Projects. They just trapped with there concepts and cheated many peoples. Still I haven't get my last 2months salary..

A company is not defined by what there higher up are but with the colleagues you guys work, Mpc excels in leaderships not only there seniors but also those who I worked are devoted to there work and passion which inspires me everyday!

Nothing, serious but some time (mostly deadline) meeting use to happen after 7 pm for which mostly our seniors has to stop at office

It was a Great opportunity for me to work with them. Honestly I have learned a lot from my seniors and my colleagues. The work culture is good everyone was very supportive. Though people are very competetative as well but according to me it's good to have competetion this way we can learn faster and better. overall experience it was good.

Dislikes

I think the worst thing is the job security. I went through a lot of depressing situation by seeing my colleagues getting fired everyday and then ultimately my turn came as well. It just ruines everything, everyday when you worry more about your job security somewhere we stops thinking creatively, the hunger of creating things and doing something new just vanishes then our creativity lacks. And being in this field our creativity and innovative ideas what matters so according to me that's the worst possible thing.
