...emic Covid lockdown and not even bothered to ask whether they are alive or died. You expect better things even if you have worked with Pan shop/ grocery store they paid partly salary during the lockdown but can't expect from Movietime, they don't even have medical, ESI or PF facilities for their employees and does not follow any government norms/ compliance. There is never ending issues at Movietime if you work for them........ It has been very unfortunate that I worked for them for 2 years.....

There is nothing to like anything for this company.

There is no letter "S" means for the company for security, any fine day you can be asked to leave. Moreover, you don't fall into PF or medical coverage or any government compliances. Owners don't have control on language while interacting with employees, at times they also become physical. Thus, one should be very very careful while choosing this company to settle down to work. Have a better selection, all the best.
