Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.

Eventually this is company now Rebranded with new name as MOVATE. Only good thing about this company is Job Security other than there is nothing good about the company.

... severely underpaid for the job. There is no benefits working with this company. For cab service also they cut amount from our salary upon Cab SLAB policy. Eventually my salary is 14.5 K and they cut 1.5 K for cab. This company doesn't provide any accomadation to it's employees. I will learn nothing from this work culture and there will be no growth among the positions. For appraisal and promotions you need to be assistant to your Supervisor and Team lead then you can have everything. If you are fresher kindly don't join this company. Just a humble request. Great career growth opportunity. Excellent salary if you can negotiate. You can easily report any bad behavior of managers with the HR or senior managers and they will work on getting it ratified.

... leaves approved though it changes when you spend more than 2 yrs in the team. No benefits apart from salary and no fun activities by HR. Health and life insurance is also low and not sufficient.

At CSS CORP there are 2 divisions- ETAS & CTAS.very much a systematic and planned organization from the management point of view. Online free E-learning portals at css are helpful if freshers can find time to learn. Safe for ladies to work at night. Salary is paid on time. You can enjoy using mobile phones inside the floor. Security staffs are respectful. Toilets are clean as it is maintained well by the building owners. All staffs are friendly and kindful. Overall ok to survive.

Salary is low for experienced but ok for freshers. at ETAS Training for new joiners needs to be improved a lot as they don't follow a proper methodology, they want employees to learn from mistakes, which is a waste of time as it would only lead to demotivating and loss of production and quality. Managers & few team leads don't plan well, so too much work pressure for the employees. Lunch break is just 1hr, but you will lose 40 mins to go up and down to 10th floor for cafeteria. Very less cultural events or activities on floor and it is just done for name sake & there is no place inside the building to conduct a show. Boring place all together for entertainment lovers.Career opportunities only for hard workers who sit day and night in the office without any leave taken. Cab you have to pay extra. No free food. or not even a tea. Some eat inside the production floor so you may see rats and cockroaches often. Overall ok to survive.
