...working day and take the appropriate documents u need. Without any prior notice. If we are asking anything, they told as 45 days compensation will be provided. That’s it. Worst experience i had. Several persons got fired.

Although, My stint at Mouritech is short, It was largely satisfying. You can learn well. Overall nice experience. At that time it was working from home due to pandemic. However, I believe it is flexible. They provide training and food coupons.

Work load is on bit higher. For seniors weekends work pay is not there.

...h college graduates to use and throw them once a project is done. Body shopping. Company profits are entirely consumed by top management and no salary hikes for the actual hard working teams. So much unethical practices. Employees treated with disrespect. They have a funny tag line "employee first customer foremost". Reality is a lot different.
