Salary wise it is good.

Dislikes

Mentors are evil, specially Ashok. Forcefully he made me tester even i implemented better project than others. (everything about demand and supply) Female candidates, and south candidates get extra priority and extra chances(I like both community)

The track/training material they provide is good.

Dislikes

Everything. They don't pay salaries on time. There is a toxic culture where they completely blame your skill set and threaten termination, even if you're performing well or decline their demands which could be deployment to some unknown startups or locations which you might not prefer, rather than acknowledging their inability to place employees in good organisations.

Not a compnay basically but an agency that trains students/job gap professionals in various tech stacks and provide them opportunities with startups. Join only if u are not getting any sort of IT job in market. Keep it as a last option. Pros: 1. Learnings are good. Steep learning curve. 2. A few mentors are good. Rest are timepass.

...equests. They don't want you to grow. Idea is to make more money through you. 3. Poor salary, the percentage amount u get is very low compared to what they get from startups where u work. 4. Salary not on time, cut salary for leaves or half days. Dont approve leaves easily. 5. No hinkes or increments, fixed salary for whatever time you work with them.

Everything is bad here. Never join in mountblue. They just play with you. They can terminate you in any silly reason. Whoever faced this situation they can understand. Everyone says that 3 months training and then deployment but internally they are playing game , they just do and understand their business, nothing else

This is a company who hires people to deploy them into client company under a fixed salary slab and having arrogant individuals. Don't even have their own office space. You have to read documentation and learn. No support from the company side. Poor work life balance. No job security at all. This is a company who exploits freshers and take advantage of their situation on the name of giving employment.
