...ll flexibility like pdfs to absentees, photostates of notebooks and everything. Salary of teachers are not credited on time, we have to go admin and begging for salary, 2 months salaries are on due.

likes- environment is very good, principal mam and other staff are very cooperative , no politics and seniors are very frank.

They never pay salaries on time. Even by the end of this month the previous month's salary's are still not credited. Im sure management is enjoying the interest by keeping the salary in bank for a longer time but that interest also belongs to us. Absolutely unprofessional, salary has to be paid on time this is non negotiable.

Corporate support is good, we are learning many things.

Chairman behavior is not good. Giving less salary also deducting too much with the name of security and the same they are cutting PF both side and not submitting in our PF account. Asking original certificate and degree and at the time resignation, not returning.

Location is secluded, deductions not told before, salary delay and in parts, office politics, less of academics and more of events, lack of books in library, unmaintained labs and classes.

they have not at all supported to activity teachers. they have given half salary to all teachers and they paid activity teachers till June, 2020. After that they are giving half salary to academic teachers and they are not going to pay the remaining amount to the teachers. Even institution is having money for construction. they are not building up. they are renovating whole school construction and interiors. they are spending crores of rupees behind interiors but they are saying to the teachers that they don't have money to pay to the teachers.
