The school can not give growth after 2 years maximum. The salary growth is next to nil. They don't give full salary scale & follow the rule of increasing the salary as per DA system. Less scaled admin or teachers got only rs 300/- yearly increment. Now about the management they keep on juggling in themselves for the hold on school which is a worst part. The last but not the least they force teachers and other staff to work on sundays & other holidays for their school marketing. The school used to have a good atmosphere 1 year back. I will highly recommend not to opt MLZS.

Just one reason the salary is not coming on time that is only reason to dislike the school

...ll flexibility like pdfs to absentees, photostates of notebooks and everything. Salary of teachers are not credited on time, we have to go admin and begging for salary, 2 months salaries are on due.

likes- environment is very good, principal mam and other staff are very cooperative , no politics and seniors are very frank.

Clean and modern infrastructure, management is good and friendly, but never gives salary on time, generally pay after 15 of every month, they never give salary to teachers on May and June but fee collection they takes in 3 instally

They never pay salaries on time. Even by the end of this month the previous month's salary's are still not credited. Im sure management is enjoying the interest by keeping the salary in bank for a longer time but that interest also belongs to us. Absolutely unprofessional, salary has to be paid on time this is non negotiable.
