It’s a very bad company to work for, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply, and work there at all. Nothing to like .don't waste your career

...m the supervisors, HR, and the highest boss of the company. Very bad management. Salary delay .Even they don't pay reimbursements .

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. high-quality product & has all India client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the Bangalore & Haydrabadh. But one-site travel is completely dependent on your project & client's location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value & individuals unique stregths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Only CFO Susanta Kumar Sadhukhan is very helpful. Also MD Tushar Choudhury is a good person. But managers HR down the line with whom you actually work make your life hell.

Dislikes

The least recommended company to join. You will have no life after you join here. Policies are made as per HR Himadri's wish. But non policies for employee welfare are followed. No holidays no leaves. You are forced to work even during Durga Puja holiday time.
