Managers are very good in my department. They are supportive and caring. The learning curve is very good and there are ample opportunities to grow technically.

Dislikes

The salary and promotion scenario are not that good as compared to other product based companies.

Every decision are on your manager. Some managers are good but there are few managers who have ego if you don't listen to them, and they will try there best to make your situation worst. HR department is just for saying. HR can not do anything for you if you face any issue related to work. They will only say 2 sentences, 1 - It is what it is. 2 - You need your manager's permission to do XYZ things

There was hybrid model and 2 days work from office

...candidates and getting work done from them.kolkata branch is totally mismanaged.my suggestion is to try is any other company where there is work life balance and proper pay scale rather than wasting time on this company.

Learning if you get in good team like development,Not so much restriction for leave to interns,hybrid work culture,Free food,events.

...cancy are filled immediately rather giving oppurtunity to interns for full time. No Hikes poor Salary expectations.

Good learning opportunities on telecom domain and exposure on both LTE and 5G technology

Nothing as such but some few points are there as per my observation: Development training should be arranged for new upcoming cutting edge technologies and pay package could have much better for software developers role
