No job security. Company policies are very bad. No bonous no increment, no holidays .even though make pressure on the faculties.

Unprofessional and inexperienced Management. Late Salary disbursement. No incentive pay, although promised at the time of interview. Inexperienced and mis behaving Management specially at Howrah & other branches ,West Bengal

Its under CAREER TODAY LLP. Salary date is not fixed!! They used to give salary in CASH and you will not be getting any SALARY SLIPS. Its better to NOT JOIN this company. They DONT HAVE any kind of HR rules.

Office Politics- Extremely high Salary structure- below the market standards, deductions on the name of covid for more than 1.5 years, despite making more profits than the year before. Zero Job security, unethical and illegal practices like- asking for a signed check as security, equivalent to 6 months salary. working on Sundays. terrible work-life balance. Zero transparency. the flow of internal communication is stagnant at best.
