Favouritism by some managers Competencies you possess do not match the grade and compensation Few managers need to build some decorum and professionalism while dealing with team. No ownership and support by manager and openly blames subordinate to sr management (of their own fault, this is done one and one and we get to know later on) and easily take away all the credit for accomplishment. Manager is full of “I” and not “We’. Moti needs to really screen on Manager pool. As the only person to deal with on day to day basis is Manager.

1) It’s really an Entrprenuerial journey role 2) You don’t work from 9-5 pm here at the group 3) There is no micro management or unnecessary talks 4) The group has a set vision & growth outlook 5) The leverage of *Senior Management is the BEST ACROSS THE PEER GROUP* 6) If you carry zeal or an idea to EXECUTE, it doesn’t take much resources. We just need to be focused & keep an eye for every detail..

Terrible upper mana6and middle management with no iota of vision and constructive approach towards building a team. Hite and fire culture sucking the employees dry and ruining their times and professional lives. Poor quality of people running the show. Absolute weak leaders.

I was joined at 2016 in Motilal oswal ltd .It has been a fantastic time and a great learning experience where i have enjoyed every moment and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with in this organization with whom i have interacted and rest for bearing me , Also very good culture in is organization . Organization has arranged time to time offsite for customer services not only sales and we have meet with other branch employee. organization has raise survey for employee feedback & Implement .
