Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Working here is good in terms of work and personal life balance. Employee look for time to time salary for which this company will never disappoint you. You get lots of holidays Schick gives u enough time to spend with your family. You also enjoy good amount of bonus at the end of financial year.

In Motilal Oswal Securities given sufficient knowledge and conduct lots of training sessions but work load and targets is so high behalf of them no extra incentives over there .One more thing which is very important that Client didn't satisfy with Motilal Oswals services .No one solve there problem they visited branch or called again n again .
