...ght from service to customers and support to employees everything is messed up. Extreme hire and fire policy is followed here with low salary and compensation to employees. Even customers are complaining for their service. They are basically loan sharks who only care about money and don't care about customers relationships and employee welfare and growth.

Nothing to like about MOFSL No work life balance at all. Toxic work environment.

...e sales target, no training job products. Hr & manager is not supportive at all. Even salary is deduced without prior notice to employees. if target not achieved. Fnf settlement even not paid if they have terminated u in notice period. Pls don't join here.

Management teams are good you will never face any kind of issue regarding your salary.

Maximum time politics you will face in every department and infront you they will be like all things are good but behind you they talk shit about you if you ask for any kind of help they will say yes and forget, you will never get any help for any things. Everyone wants to be boss here. Talking in a same tone every time and big big promises every were. Don't trust anyone here if you trust them in every manger. Then it's your fault in case of your manager or colleagues.

Company is really very good... Staff like Hr admin security also fantastic... Salary is on time. paid leaves 45 in a year. Company also provide picnic facility, month's last Friday as fun Friday along with snacks, extra programs from HR team and big function on annual day.

If you wanna die then join thane branch of this company. Never logout on time, sometime 8.30 pm, sometimes 8pm and if your luck is with you then 7.30pm. working on Sunday, sometime working on companies holiday. In the morning if late for just 2min manager will give lecture minimum 30 min. He will compare you with everyone no matter how your performance is. And specially if you are Muslim no break for namaz on fridays. no early leave in ramzan month. According to him if you are keeping roja then you have to manage your own. No mercy.
