In my team the team building efforts are quite prominent and you can reach to anyone in the team for your problems and solutions. Enviornment is quite friendly and helpful, the learning curve is quite there for some projects but not all.

Dislikes

...some things but the HR cleverly changes it to the their respective requirements. Also, the fool you with the variables and other additional components in the salary package and thereby reduces the net pay that you recieve is significantly reduced

Job Security. Salary always on time. Work-Life balance is average. Career Growth is on average.

Dislikes

No Onsite Opportunities. No work culture as per CMMIL-5 company IT Standards. Appraisal policies are very bad. Arrears are not on time. Managers are too much politics and diplomatic with their teammates. No flexible timings. Chances are very less to grow new hires experience 3-5 years employees.

They have notice period 3 mothns and salary is not provide, prohibition period is 12 months and they don't care what your vendor is doing with work they charge double the amount what they provide you . They talk to you very terrible.

Team is supportive. Work environment is good. Infrastructure is nice. There is Job security as they have no fire Policy.

Learning opportunity is limited. Compensation is less. Perks and benefits can be added. Flexibility needed in work timing and some policies.

Answer lies in what I like about the company. If you have ambition, hardworking, freedom to work then never join this company. They will torture you to the extent. Middle and senior management is dumb. Least bothered about individual growth. New CEO has already ruin the company ethics and stability by applying policies that has no objective. HR is one of the worst dept here who never listen to your issues. They only appear during boarding. No exit interviews. Don't dare to raise your issues else your career with company is at a risk. No equal opportunity. Less pay. No training. No growth. Non IT company. Stay away. Talk to someone on social media or read the reviews if this company is still in the list of the company you may join.
