Even if you are staying back till 12 in the night, NO FOOD , NO CONVEYANCE will be provided to you. 10. 3 MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD, There is NO RELAXATION in notice period even if you have completed the Handover/KT process and no task is pending. Contd... 11. The behaviour of seniors is rude and insulting , you won't get any appreciation for your work. Constant humiliation will lower your morale and push you into depression. 12. If there is some emergency in your house, still you would not be allowed to attend it. Forget family functions totally. 13. Only 20% tasks will be routine and ret 80% tasks will be adhoc. You will not be provided any trainig or help/ guidance to complete the tasks . 14. You will be getting mails at 5:30 pm to complete the new assigned task by EOD, COMPLETE HARRASMENT OF EMPLOYEES. 15. No Comp off and No overtime pay. 16. HR policies are totally against the employees. 17. No clear Key Result areas, you can be asked to do anything even if it doesn't relate to your field/Qualifications. 18. You will be not allowed to plan a vacation. They have forced people to cancel their vacation plans and have forcefully reimbursed only the travel tickets. 19. JOB SECURITY IS A MAJOR CONCERN HERE. Each day you can expect a verbal threat from any senior to fire you. 20. Manager in Finance team have no knowledge and do not want to do anything by themselves. Even for converting ₹ value in $ value , you will receive a mail . 21. NO LEARNING AT ALL. Seniors don't have any knowledge, you will be just copying and pasting figures. If you will try to understand logic, you will be shunned away. 22.. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, JUST FORGET YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AFTER JOINING THIS COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE YOUR LIFE WILL BECOME TERRIBLE AND MISERABLE. YOU WILL BE DEPRESSED. YOU WILL LOSE INTEREST IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE.

...our profession or education. V V V long working hours. Zero work life balance. Low Compensation compared to industry standards. Incompetent HR department which is never of any help

In my team the team building efforts are quite prominent and you can reach to anyone in the team for your problems and solutions. Enviornment is quite friendly and helpful, the learning curve is quite there for some projects but not all.

Dislikes

...some things but the HR cleverly changes it to the their respective requirements. Also, the fool you with the variables and other additional components in the salary package and thereby reduces the net pay that you recieve is significantly reduced

Company is very good,but the management of the company is quite not good in all aspects. Overall there is good learning for the freshers.

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but the career growth is slow

Job Security. Salary always on time. Work-Life balance is average. Career Growth is on average.

No Onsite Opportunities. No work culture as per CMMIL-5 company IT Standards. Appraisal policies are very bad. Arrears are not on time. Managers are too much politics and diplomatic with their teammates. No flexible timings. Chances are very less to grow new hires experience 3-5 years employees.
