I have worked for 1 year in this company. Company is good. Pays good. Timely salary and other money credits Benifits. You will be offered car within 6 months of joining if u r in sales. Its hr department is very supportive. You can contact even plant head , vp if you face any issue without a second thought. All are very supportive and friendly.

At MTTL only seniour position employees got the overall good facilities, juniour or freshers don't got much appreciation or respect for their hardwork and dedication that they show towards the company. For providing the facilities, company gave importance to time perioud they spend in working with the comany instead of acknowledging the hard work thay are doing for the compliment of their duties assigney by the company.

Company culture is good. 100% job security if you are performing your duties well and not involved in any illegal activity. Company code of conduct is also good.

Dislikes

Some people within the hierarchy need to learn how to treat subordinates and juniors in a better way. Also, the promotion criteria is not appropriate. One might keep performing the same set of duties for 4 to 5 years without any promotion as the appraisal criteria is not up to the mark.
