Timing to come office is fixed but there in no any timing of leave from office. employees treated as labour . There is not much benefit of technical degree. Even person having bsc and bcom degree are working in R& D and btech and mtech are given lower priority. Always struggle for leaves and salary.

A beautiful work culture with supporting colleagues, staff and sequenced work flow with a proper collaboration of all departments. Innovative ideas are always welcomed and implementation of new technologies and concept. Company policy are always infavour of employees ensuring safety of job for individual with supporting management team.

Salary structure to the beginner should be revised positively as per the current scenario . Enroll of youth and their ideas in company leadership is to be ensured .

Increment process is very poor. Don't expect and incentives or bonus in return of your good work. The official people don't know how to behave with their juniors. Leave for the juniors is like sin. I have done apprenticeship there but still waiting for my certificates. It is almost 3 months of my resignation but still waiting for my certificates. The process is too slow.

company is very good for freshers. 100% job security. salary is low compare to OEM industry standards. Traveling/food free.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. minimum 2 hours extra work daily.
