Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high.i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day.managers do not value a individual's unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.
