...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Fixed Salary without any variable component and a very simple and down to earth Chairman who really cares for shop floor associates.

Strong politics,No support from Senior leadership.Adhoc job role allocation and no trainings or exposure provided even when moving to a entirely different role for which you were not hired.Absolutely no connect with Chairman and Vice Chairman Sir.HR function is non existent.

Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality
