If we talk about job security nothing is secure if you are not company through if you are working as associate by contrecter they will fire you . Management is very very poor , company policy is only on papers. Not in practical

They are not promoting any person if he/she working for company more than 7 years every person has same salary expect deploma and engineers or HRM department

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary structure is not same for same designation. As now mostly MNC have pay scale bandwidth . This to this range and for example Assitant Manager position pay scale 9PLA to 10PLA. But in Motherson variation gap is more. It is must to maintain the designation decorum as per market standards.
