No work life balance , poor pay at junior levels , huge hierarchy no chance to grow fast , very high pressure , they dont leave you on your leaves also , poor culture , bad food , everything is less to say. I wont go to this company aftr

Fixed Salary without any variable component and a very simple and down to earth Chairman who really cares for shop floor associates.

Strong politics,No support from Senior leadership.Adhoc job role allocation and no trainings or exposure provided even when moving to a entirely different role for which you were not hired.Absolutely no connect with Chairman and Vice Chairman Sir.HR function is non existent.
