Very environmental and mentally torture, no lob timing, duty time 8 hrs only for just say, very poor and harrassing manegement, mostly non-technical manegement

The MSSL is a flagship company of SMG group and associated with SWS japan, the systems and discipline is very good.

Dislikes

compensation is poor, bur pressure is high. i have work for 14 hours in a day. Management is very worst and don't have basic working culture. poor facilities to employees.

Great learning environment, amazing experience working with this organisation , very supportive seniors and cooperative colleagues. The great thing of this is if you are talented in any thing even except your professional skills you can enhance your abilities . In short Almost every employee of this company Proud to be part of.

The one & only thing which I dislik about this company is low pay scale.

High politics, Poor technology, Salary given by the company is very low, Delay in appraisal, Very less appraisal amount, Promotion to higher level is not easy, I have seen many people working on same designation from past 7-8 years also
