Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . somethings,I have to work 8 to 10 hours straight in a day

Fixed Salary without any variable component and a very simple and down to earth Chairman who really cares for shop floor associates.

Strong politics,No support from Senior leadership.Adhoc job role allocation and no trainings or exposure provided even when moving to a entirely different role for which you were not hired.Absolutely no connect with Chairman and Vice Chairman Sir.HR function is non existent.
