There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality

...ibility. Even Knowing its not feasible to make them work unneccesarily more. 6. Fresher salary is very low. One shouldn't start from here. 7. Simple tasks are made complicated due to politics which is driven by top management itself. Ultimately it's a multinational lala organisation.
