...d culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is partially transparent. Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they give less salary hike and No bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job NEEM training is given to new joinees.

Nothing can be appreciated in this company.

Dislikes

No respect for female employees. Treats and pays the staffs as laborers. Salary is not decent and the career growth is low too. Work load is high. Nobody stays for more than 6 months to 1 year. No trainings provided, however reduces salary of the employees if they make any mistakes in the work. When company work is over, they give more work and won't allow to leave for home, even if it is a female employee,and no travel conveyance given.

Team work and support all Team to each other, work indipendent for skil development.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work12-14 hours. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

During 2015-2018 Era , Good work culture , good team & supporting team leaders, good leaning company for new comers. but now all is vice versa .

Salary appraisal after 2018 = 0 , no extra payout , work environment from 7am to 11pm at night , again have to present in company in 7 o clock in the morning. dirty persons , illiterate management , specially COO Mr. devender singh. I don't know how he spent 30 years in motherson. don't know the basic work culture. They are now running andher nagri chaupat raja kingdom. currently having a designer who doesn't know the basic of the mold & die .
