What I have learnt? 1) Hard work 2) Team work 3) work under pressure These are the things I liked because these things are needed more or less in every company specially if you are fresher.. Motherson automotives gave me all the experience which I mentioned above. Overall if I want to rate , I will rate as average. I hope my review will help👍

...tion few things over here, 1) Work culture 2) job security 3) Growth 4) Career 5) Salary These are such things more or less compromised, As these things are very much important for an employee. Not getting into these by any company won't have long relationship with employee. It will be just a Mechanical type of things.. Hope you like it..

Company plant is neat and clean

We did not get the salary that we were told about at the time of joining. He doesn't after working overtime. Lunch time is not given in any shift. The main thing is that we are not being taught any thing about the machine. We were neither taught about PLC nor how to repair defects in the part. Our job is to take out parts from the machine and pack them.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary on time and working colleagues was supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing from learning. Only exploitation. Seniors force for late seating in office working time is 8 hour but actually working time 10 - 12 hour. Only Junior design have more only load. One thing seniors not take responsibility but interfere in all work and not provide proper input on time but after doing work give input and change design.
