Full politics,No one want to see you ahead of them ,No compensation on working days on leaves like sunday ... No leaves on shutdown, no benefits no sporting only show off , Transportation issue ..all bus comes from highway but mate bus comes from villages ...

Likes

Good work environment and culture in department . Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give fair salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3month notice period for above 3 years experience employees before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary on time and working colleagues was supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing from learning. Only exploitation. Seniors force for late seating in office working time is 8 hour but actually working time 10 - 12 hour. Only Junior design have more only load. One thing seniors not take responsibility but interfere in all work and not provide proper input on time but after doing work give input and change design.

Parmotion and salary not increasing as per system ,here is very politics and department side Tortures and threatens repeatedly to resign ,Does not call employees as per shift schedule I never understand the compulsion of the employee. In case of emergency, no team has been formed which will help.

They didn’t given us proper salary for Customer end SRE.whenever Over time available that time they begged us to do after Month end we will beg them to provide OT amount
