There is he policies are not good and all are equal it does not mean what u have done in academics u have been treated like a casual worker in training period .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a lot to learn and grow, but management is very poor and there is no work life balance , long working hours and very less compensation .overall there is no feel of MNC

Very poor top management that's why company and employee both have to suffer for their growth and very less compensation.

I have worked in SRE trainee in customer end.i didn’t liked anything

They didn’t given us proper salary for Customer end SRE.whenever Over time available that time they begged us to do after Month end we will beg them to provide OT amount

What I have learnt? 1) Hard work 2) Team work 3) work under pressure These are the things I liked because these things are needed more or less in every company specially if you are fresher.. Motherson automotives gave me all the experience which I mentioned above. Overall if I want to rate , I will rate as average. I hope my review will help👍

...tion few things over here, 1) Work culture 2) job security 3) Growth 4) Career 5) Salary These are such things more or less compromised, As these things are very much important for an employee. Not getting into these by any company won't have long relationship with employee. It will be just a Mechanical type of things.. Hope you like it..
